The initial payment is 50% of your session total. It is non-refundable and required to lock in your date + time. If you cancel last minute, I most likely would have been able to book someone else during that period. I do not write anything down in my calendar until the initial payment has been made, making your desired time slot up for grabs. Nothing is booked until the initial payment has been paid.

The remainder of your balance is broken up into (2) payments: after the session and prior to receiving your photos. No photos will be delivered until the final payment is made. The way my booking system is set up is in (3) increments: initial payment + second payment + final payment.

Depending on exactly where you want your photographs done and which package you choose, travel fees will vary. A session done within my personal studio will not have a travel fee. However, a session done in Orange County will have a $35 travel fee.

If the weather is crazy/act of God/I am sick/etc., we will put your initial payment toward a reschedule. However, if you simply don’t show up to the session, the payment will not be refunded. Any reschedule or cancellation must be made no less than 24 hours prior to your session, and your initial payment will not be refunded.

You will receive your edited photos within 7-10 business days following receiving your selections. Photos will be delivered in an online gallery to your provided email. Download links do export after (7) days so be sure to download your photos ASAP!
